H-Art Gallery Exhibits the Work of Daniel Mahakian

On Friday, April 24^th, the H-Art Gallery in Peekskill will host an opening reception for the artist Daniel Mahakian in honor of From The Street, an exhibition of his paintings. Daniel Mahakian takes his inspiration from urban street artists, combining an innate sense of color, line and composition. In addition to his paintings he was also commissioned to create a mural for Holy Name of Mary Church in Croton and to transform aging dumpsters into surprising works of art in the Town of Cortlandt.

The reception on Friday, April 24^th, will last from 5 to 9 PM, followed by an additional reception on Saturday afternoon between 2 and 8 PM. Proceeds from the exhibition will benefit HRHCare. For any additional information on the show, please contact Wilfredo Morel at wmorel@hrhcare.org.
